I’ve been around for seventy years, and I’ve found that everything we need to heal our bodies comes from the earth. I believe that our Maker put it there for those of us who can believe enough to at least try healing ourselves when we are sick. I still see my doctor regularly just to check my blood levels, weight, and all the other things that doctors do, but I use natural remedies when I can.
My goal is to reach as many people as I can with the information I have learned to empower them to do the same as I have. We will all get old, but we don’t have to feel or look old if we follow the plan that was put in place from the beginning of time. Nothing ever changed. We usually make decisions based on what is convenient for us at the time.
If only a few people change their habits using the information given, I will be grateful!
